TERM 2 - coming up - starting 2 May

It is amazing how well I feel with doing the class work. Preparing the room and staying in a good space to be able to do good classes.  I wish the same positive outlook on life to all my students.

A non-exercise to help your back

I am adding a fantastic non-exercise. Try it out.  IMPORTANT: Roll onto your back over the side. 5cm of books under your head.  Feet on the floor, hands on the lower ribs. Lie like this for max. 10 minutes. Keep warm - be UNDISTURBED - roll over the side to get up. Have a chair nearby to hang on to or sit on, if you are a bit dizzy.
Repeat it daily.  Especially after strenuous work... bending, kneeling.

What I do:
I freshly ground spelt grain, add some water, an egg and a little bit of dry yeast.
Mix it and fry the patties up in fresh olive oil.
Sometimes I add some olives to the dough and enjoy eating the patty with butter.

Enjoy Healthy Meals

When I feel well, I start eating good carefully prepared food. With added zing: half a lime! And for sweetness: a sliced green pear.
Often I cook using just one colour. The outcome pleases my eyes. Always making sure one or two ingrendents were grown in my garden or at our farm. In this case: garlic.

Re-connecting - a success story! - Rezept fuer Erfolg!



I did the right thing! My back feels fine. I move in the right direction and I enjoy what I am doing. I re-connect. So there is something like a recipe for success!

Ich hab's richtig gemacht und freue mich darueber.

Vorher weiss man es nie. Ich hoere auf meine Intuition.... und auf gute Freunde.


I am learning to stay in touch with what I love. To stay consistent ~ ~~~
It is a matter of listening to yourself and then doing what needs to be done!
I choose my friends wisely!
